We also offer heat and U-V reflecting coatings.
Preventive Service & Maintenance Programs
If annual inspections are established and minor repairs are made in a timely manner, you can be sure to protect the integrity of the existing roof structure, and extend the normal life expectancy.
Preventive maintenance procedures will address areas of most immediate need of attention along with service to areas that would pose a potential for future concern.
We provide (at no cost) annual preventive maintenance inspections, along with written reports.
Energy Efficient Cool Roof Systems
All of the leading material manufacturer's recommend a heat reflective surfacing be applied, in order to preserve and extend a roofs life expectancy.
We can slow the natural drying and ageing process by cooling the surface temperature, and reflecting harmful U-V rays, that would normally lead to premature drying and weathering.
The surface temperature of a conventional system can reach 180 degrees or more, by applying a heat reflective material, we can lower the surface temperature by as much as 40 degrees, therefor cooling and slowing the natural drying process.
